A Question About a Career in Astronomy

Question:

Hello, I come from a country that has no space facilities, and I really want to study astronomy, so I have decided to study abroad.
I do not want to come back to my country with a degree in astrophysics as it will be of no use. I also cannot get a doctorate because of financial issues.
So how easy is it to get a job abroad if I have a Master’s in Astrophysics/Physics(undecided)?
