A Question About the Center of the Big Bang

Question:

How is it possible to look deep into space in any direction and see the murky haze from the Big Bang? If the universe formed from a single point in time and space then how can that point essentially surround the universe like a snow globe? How can you launch two rockets in opposite directions and 13 billion light years later they arrive at the same place? I can’t wrap my head around this, can you help me?

Answer:

I believe that this question has been answered in the past in this blog.  Specifically, I think that your question relates to a difficult to understand fact that the Big Bang did not have a “center”.  See the answer to the question Where is the Center of the Big Bang in this blog for an explanation.
