Answer: The undiscovered ninth planet that you are referring to has recently been theoretically predicted to exist. There are no actual measurements of this theoretical ninth planet. Those theoretical predictions, though, can tell astronomers where to look for this potential new neighbor.

The National Radio Astronomy Observatory is a facility of the U.S. National Science Foundation operated under cooperative agreement by Associated Universities, Inc.
