Can a Black Hole Host a Galaxy or be a Transportation Device?
Question: Black hole absorbs gravity and every thing. Then can a black hole have a galaxy in it? Or can it be a portal to teleport from one galaxy to another? — Kunjal
Answer: Since the process by which a black hole collects all matter that falls within its gravitational influence also breaks that matter up into its basic components (subatomic particles), then objects such as planets and galaxies no longer exist in a black hole. The notion that one can “teleport” from one galaxy to another using a black hole is something for science fiction. There is really no practical way to use a black hole to transport oneself from one place to another.
