Description of the CLEAN Algorithm

Question: I want to learn something about astronomy imaging and CLEAN algorithm is commonly used. Could you please tell me where I could find the related example in MATLAB? — Shui

Answer: My colleague Alan Bridle has put together a nice description of the CLEAN algorithm. I am not aware, though, of an implementation of this algorithm in matlab.

The National Radio Astronomy Observatory is a facility of the U.S. National Science Foundation operated under cooperative agreement by Associated Universities, Inc.
