How is the Atmosphere of Venus Classified?

Question:
Currently writing a short summary of the phosphine discovery in Venus for a popular magazine. I know that the Cytherean atmosphere is not reducing, but is it correct that it is not oxidizing either? At virtually all CO2 and N2 (with only traces of other gases and variable by altitude), how is Venus’ atmosphere classified?
Thanks,
David
Answer:
According to the description of Venus’ atmosphere in the article which reports a possible discovery of phosphine in its atmosphere, it seems to possess both reducing and oxidizing properties. It does not appear to have a clear classification as strictly reducing or oxidizing.
