How to Convert Between Flux Density Units

Question:

Hello,
I am trying to plot some near IR SCExAO/CHARIS Spectrum for exoplanet KappaAnd-b. Sorry to say this but could you please help me convert the (mJy) unit into W/m2/micron?
I’d truly appreciate this.
