How to Make Images with a Radio Telescope
Question:
How do you get 2-dimensional pictures from a stationary point source at the focal point?
The antenna does not do TV-like scans – it is fixed. So how do you create the 2-D scans?
It must be some sort of electronic ‘scanning?’
