Question About the Distribution of the Big Bang

Hello, Regarding the Big Bang, the explosion would be in all directions, so are we viewing just one hemisphere of the explosion while the other half is completely inaccessible moving in the opposite direction to us at a velocity (from our viewpoint) greater than the speed of light, and could this other half still be considered to be part of the overall universe even though we can never see or detect it?
