My question is about How does earth gravity made moon tidally locked?

Answer:

I believe that this question has been answered before in our answer to “The Earth-Moon Spin-Orbit Resonance” question. The Earth-Moon system is a 1:1 tidal resonance orbit lock due to the fact that this system has evolved to its lowest energy state.
