is an astrochemist and doctoral candidate at Caltech, where she uses radio astronomy to study the evolution of chemistry in star-forming regions. Olivia earned a B.S. in chemistry and mathematics from Dickinson College in 2015, after which she spent a year in Germany as a Fulbright Research Fellow working with the Cologne Laboratory Astrophysics Group. In addition to astrochemistry research, Olivia enjoys sharing her passion for science through various media, from writing and public speaking to creating artwork. When she’s not in her office or visiting radio telescopes, you can find Olivia in a coffee shop or exploring a National Park with her husband and son.
